Looking for article in ann landers or dear abby regarding euthanasia of dog,when it is time ?

the column was about how a dog cannot verbally tell you its time but it is the responsibility of the owner(although a hard one) to determine when to euthanize a sick pet.I want to show it to my daughter who is having a hard time dealing with this decision
