Best dog food for my 1 year old dog?

Hi, i got a golden pei (shar pei golden) and she is a very picky eater. We give her wet and dry food because she doesnt eat the dry. We tried Canidae and she like it, but is there anything healthier. Now shes on Purina Pro Plan, and shes scratching even though i just put Frontline Plus on her? What can i do?
