MY (virgina) is very smelly and has a WHITE GOOEY STUFF inside it??

okay basically i have a bath x2 a day but when i clean my virgina i am not succesfull when i open it apart with my two fingers it kind of smells fishy and i can see yellow white and brown thick stuff it looks like tissue lol no its not toilet roll lol. but ya when i try and clean it it feels really sensitive so i just run the shower with slow water and shower gell but the gungy white brown stuff is still there how can i get rid of it and why is it there.when i touch my its really sensitive and makes me feel really OHHH!!! but then i think should i clean it or should i not i usually dont and think its cleaning itself with the white stuff coming out and i might mess up my body ph balance??!!! plezz help
