Is my bacterial infection contagious via saliva?

I have a bacterial infection in my stomach/digestive system from taking antibiotics. The kind where antibiotics depleted the good bacteria, and I was left with the bad. I'm on another antibiotic now to fix it, but will it spread to my significant other if I kiss him?
