2.5 yr old pug with pancreatitis, wasting away, vets are at a loss on what to do or think anymore. HELP!?

I'm sorry you are going thru this. Perhaps ask your vet for a referral to an internal medicine clinic. They will be able to perform an ultrasound to see if there is a tumor or blockage in the abdomen; xrays don't always show these types of things. Or, some vets will have a travelling ultrasonographer come to the clinic. You need to find out why your dog has fevers and losing weight, and i think in your case an u/s is the next step, before exploratory surgery. I'm uming bloodwork and repeat bloodwork has been done? Pancreatitis is a very painful condition as well so if you think he's painful or nauseous, then ask your vet for appropriate meds. They make really good ones for dogs that may help him feel better.
