How can I improve relationship with coworkers and boss?

Seems to me all you can do is try harder. Try striking up a conversation with coworkers, during slow times of course. Maybe when you ask if everything is ok and the say yes, say " If you have any problems just call me my name is ____ and I will get it taken care of right away"
