Currently working at target...?

im a junior in high school workin at target right now and have been for 90 days now. I dont expect work to necessarily be fun, but working at target completely sucks. All my managers are incompetent who get too caught up in bureaucratic banter to even consider making sensible decisions. disregarding that rant i was wondering if it make sense for me to quit, i just had my 90 day review and although i wasnt fired, it was mostly negative and they gave me the impression i wasnt fast fun and friendly enough for them. So i was wondering if i should quit rather than get fired for something completely trivial and mundane
