Allowances in resigning the job.?

I have been working as foreman in a cont. co. in dubai,for the last 2 years (under an unlimited period contract).I haven't taken the annual leave since then.Now I have resigned my job(also my employer do not want me to leave the job)and working in a one month notice period started on 28/1/2011.In my labour agreement,My basic salary+allowance in entered as 700,but my monthly wage is Dhs.1200(Dhs.500 as increment)Now I want to know my gratuity,annual leave salary,one month notice period salary is calculated on the basis of 700 or 1200? Also can I have the right to ask for the air ticket to my home country? Also,a working material (7 month old & Dhs.1325 Costs) Had lost in the site in my notice period due to my irresponsibility.My employer ask me to refund the amount.Shall I have to pay the full amount of that working material?Please give me an answer.
