Worried about.....please answer?

Just keep only healthy food around. Most of your favorite foods can be really healthy. You said you like spaghetti so instead of the canned spaghetti hoops, get some whole grain spaghetti and a jar of sauce (Ragu Organic is really good) and maybe a little parmesan to sprinkle on top if you like, then you have a healthy meal that will fill you up instead of just being empty carbs. Concentrate on eating healthy things that will provide you with nutrition instead of just eating as little as possible and you will find that your weight will naturally adjust to a healthy range. Keep lots of fruits and veggies around to snack on and some other things like fat free yogurt, soy milk, peanut er, sunflower seeds and whole wheat crackers. Try to get natural products as much as possible - Kashi a really good brand which has lots of whole grain snacks and convenience meals, even a whole grain chicken pizza! So don't count calories, just eat as many healthy and natural things as you can.
