~When to pump??
2 oz out of each at nighttime is great! Your milk supply is usually highest in the morning, so try getting up 1-2 hrs before your baby wakes up and pump then. milk is produced on a supply/demand basis, so the more you pump, the more milk you'll produce. If you're already getting 2 oz out of each side though, I don't think you'll have any problems. Also, a pump does not extract milk from the nearly as efficiently as a baby, so don't let the amount of milk you get from pumping make you think you aren't producing enough. I know some moms who always got .5-1 ounce when they pumped. I started off not getting very much, but after awhile I was up to 4-6 ounces/side. Every woman is different.
