Rapid growth of tonsil cancer tumour?

is it a good or bad thing that a tumour in the tonsil that is cancer doubles in size over a months time? im not sure if that means it has not been there very long? or it is particurlarly aggressive. treatment is chemotherapy 2 times then reess situation. as Also spots on lungs and 1 on liver? what else could they be if not related to the cancer in tonsil. Can anyone give me some guidance?
