Kindly, give me your opinion...........?

While I believe that people have the right to refuse medical treatment, I do not believe that we (or doctors) have the right to terminate their lives. I believe only God has the right to do this. Who knows what purpose God has in mind for the person while they live? I am not unsympathetic to the pain of those suffering (I have watched a couple of people I love die slowly and painfully - it was horrible), but I just do not believe that we have the right to determine who lives and dies based on the physical condition of their body. If we allow this, how long will it be before we start making this decision for people - and how long before we make the decision based not on the physical condition of the person but on whether they are wanted. For the record I am from America (the Midwest if that is helpful.)
