I want to go to college with my boyfriend but we have two different goals and school options?

because he had a horrible past and did things he wasn't supposed to it left him with an over all GPA of a 1.8. On the other hand my over all GPA is a 3.4.. I want to apply to VSU and I can get in because the coach offered me a track scholarship and I do want the full college experience. Now he wants me to apply to Alfred state..which is in NY and it is a 2 year college. I can still run but no scholarship is offered but I can have my intended major. What should I do ..I'm trying to get him to apply to VSU and ill write his essays because I can write. Also he has good recommendations. He got a 15 on his ACT. I got a 20. HELP!! thanks..what should I do?? hes trying though. He had a 1.8 first quarter and a 2.0 second quarter..I just dk what to do
