HELP HOW DO I FIX THIS?

Okay i had a pimple in my pe*is i popped it ewww i know but its a little better now what do i disinfect it with? its still a little swollen because i took a needle to it the other day i know im stupid but i panic to easy but now that i got it whta do i disinfect it with soap? i know i cant put rubbing alcohol on it PLEASE HELP
