Need help remembering an outkast song?

It was a video that had c-lo from goodie mob. THe only thing I remember was that Big Boi and c-lo are in a caddy and the radio stops playing, one of them hits it to get it going again. Andre is on a chain gang and breaks free. anyone know the name of the album.
